This package is designed for the couple that has planned their entire wedding and now need a professional to step in and pull it all together and make their wedding day run smoothly. Let Skylark Events and Design handle all the details of your special day while you enjoy the happiness that surrounds you.


  • Unlimited phone and email communication from the date of contract
  • 1 month before the wedding day, may set-up a vendor walk-thru at the venue
  • Up to 3 Attendance at meetings with suppliers/service providers as requested
  • 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding, confirm all vendors and timeline agreement

 

Rehearsal


  • Coordinate wedding rehearsal and provide necessary assistance per your instructions for up to 2 hours
  • Develop and distribute Wedding Day itinerary

 

Wedding Day


  • Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
  • Manage vendors per your instructions
  • Manage vendor setup at the ceremony and reception sites
  • Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests
  • Place table names, place cards, favors, etc. per your instructions.
  • *Excessive set-up and tear down of events may cost additional fee or need separate approved decorator vendor


*Pricing based on a count of up to 200 guests. There will be a $150 charge for each additional 50 guests. ***Additional fees may apply All services offered will be reviewed and specific contracts will be written for each client
